We aim to respond within 24-48 hours during business days. We never share your details with anyone.

Why your voice matters

We've all had that quiet moment.

"Isn't my child a bit young to be leaving primary school and walking into a building full of teenagers? Isn't this change a bit too big, a bit too fast, for someone who still needs a hug before bed and a light on in the hallway?"

That feeling is exactly why Raising Thinkers exists. And your feedback matters deeply to us — not as a formality, but because we are genuinely trying to change the way families experience this transition.

Every message you send helps us make sure that what we put out into the world actually helps. So whether it's a suggestion, a concern, or a story about something that worked — we want to hear it. All of it.

Common questions

Before you reach out.

These might answer what you're looking for — but if they don't, the form above is always open.

I downloaded the free guide but can't find the email — help?

Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder (especially if you use Gmail). The email comes from Raising Thinkers and usually arrives within 60 seconds. If it's still missing after 10 minutes, send us a message and we'll resend it manually.

How is this different from the parenting advice I can find for free online?

Free advice puts all the weight on you to figure it out alone. Our resources are built for both parent and child — you each get your own tools, your own content, and your own practicals, so you're going through this together as a team rather than one person carrying it all.

Is my child's information safe with you?

Absolutely. Children access content through your parent account — they never create their own accounts or provide any personal information. We don't track, profile, or advertise to children. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Are your programs suitable for my child?

Everything we create — free guides, The Bridge Program, and all future resources — is designed for families with children aged 10–13 in Year 5, 6, or 7. Every resource is age-appropriate and built specifically for what children in this transition window are going through.

Do I need any special technology to access the course?

Just a device with internet access — phone, tablet, or computer. The course is hosted on a simple online platform. No downloads or apps required. If you can watch a YouTube video, you can use our program.

I'm a school counsellor — can we use this with our students?

We'd love to hear from you. We're exploring school partnerships and would be happy to discuss how The Bridge Program might complement your existing transition support. Use the form above or email us directly.

The fact that you're here — looking for support, asking questions, taking steps — says everything about the kind of parent you are. We're glad you found us.
