I asked for the free guide, but I can’t find the email.
It comes from Raising Thinkers with the subject line “Your free guide is here”, usually within a minute or two. Check your spam, junk or Promotions folder. Still nothing after 10 minutes? Send us a message and we’ll send it again.
I bought the program, but I can’t log in.
Look for the login email from Raising Thinkers. Open it and choose a password. That’s all it takes. Can’t find it? Check spam or junk, and make sure you’re using the email you paid with. Still stuck? Send us a message and we’ll sort it out.
How is this different from free advice online?
Free advice is mostly for you to read on your own. The B.R.I.D.G.E. Program gives you short videos, about 7 minutes each, and gives your child small tools on a phone or tablet. So you work on it together. Every lesson ends with one small thing to try that week.
Is my child’s information safe?
Yes. Your child’s safety and privacy come first. Your child never makes an account. Nothing your child taps is sent to us, or to anyone else. The only message that ever leaves their screen is one they choose to send you. More in our Privacy Policy.
Is it right for my child?
It’s for kids aged 11 to 13, before and after they start high school. If your child has a diagnosis, like ADHD or autism, it works alongside their doctor or support team. It doesn’t replace them.
What do I need to use it?
A phone, tablet or computer with internet. It works on iPhone, Samsung and Android. There’s no app to download. Every video has captions, and you can listen to it like a podcast in the car.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email [email protected] within 30 days and we’ll refund every cent. No questions, and you keep the book.
